Candida, Turpentine and Lactulose
Hello I'm new to the forum, but joined as I've found the info on here to be invaluable in my struggle against candida...
I've had it seriously for a year and I've been on the STRICT diet for three months. However my symptoms, primarily brain fog, piles and constipation, were not improving, though my fatigue did.
Through extensive research I discovered that the problem was a high ammonia level. And the cure to high ammonia and constipation, piles, is LACTULOSE!
The only problem is that Lactulose is a type of sugar. Two days ago I took a tiny bit, and found my brain fog dissipate. However the next day when I took it it fed my candida in a big way. I felt drunk just from a tiny cap of Lactulose.
So I went and bought two beers and a pack of cigarettes! So angry and frustrated was I that I just didn't give a F***!
This was last night, and I decided after 5 cigs and a can of beer, to do a lactulosed enema to see if that would help.
However my housemate was in the bathroom, so the next best thing.
LACTULOSE MIXED WITH TURPENTINE.
I only did this because I was so incredibly frustrated. I then went to bed. However, I've woken up today and... I feel better than I usually do in the morning. Clearer head, a little more energy...
So I'm wondering...
Can I take this mixture again!!?! What is the purpose of the
Sugar Cubes in the candida protocol? Is it just to mask the taste? To draw out the candida? If so is it OK to mix it with Turpentine?
Any responses would be VERY much appreciated!
