I looked over the protocol. I already do a lot of things for my health so I don't think I need to take on a whole new program. I do dry heat sauna 3x a week. I'm very particular about what I eat and take.
I take organic milk thistle and org Ashwagandha that I buy by the pound. Chinese herbs give me diarrhea, so I'd say that's out. The herbs from FL sound like they'd be expensive and hit or miss for my sensitive system..
Liver flushes, I never got anything out of, and I may be wrong but I get the feeling I'd be wasting my time by trying to flush out any stones. It's stressful to the body to take
Epsom Salts and drink oil. I can't tolerate fruit right now either. If I was just coming off a junk food diet, was overweight, etc., it might be a better idea but I've eaten whole foods for over 30 years, taken vitamins, minerals, I've done
coffee enemas for many years.
I'm not looking to completely wipe out Hep C, I don't think. I'm sure many of the herbs are great for certain people but I tend to be very sensitive to many things and have to be very careful about what I buy because if I have a problem with it then I'm out more $$ [which I don't have a lot of].
I've found that taking Silica in Diatomeceous Earth dissolved in water has helped.
I may get a TDS meter so I can measure PPM. When you make CS, do you make it in darkness? the website of my CS machine says it needs to be protected from light while it's being made. I have it brewing right now, and covered in black plastic wrap.
How does taking 5 PPM CS compare to taking 12 PPM CS?
