Re: after amalgam removal...
sorry, in my previous message I was a bit all over the place...
To get more specific,
You asked:
Would a
Water Fast have different effects after removing my amalgams?
Yes, most certainly. You would have one less burden--and the wfast would be able to work at other levels, on other systems. Be sure the dentist follows a Huggins-type protocol, when removing.(My intuition would probably lead me not to leap from amalgam-removal right into a water fast--but to cleanse and soothe the body with fruits and greens for awhile, before... Err on the side of gentle and supportive, not penitent, :-))
Personally, I feel that my 'spitting crisis' of the 29 day wfast I did (that took up most of the last week)was at least partly related to the mercury in my system. On the other hand, I gave up much of my intense focus on -and fear of- mercury a few years back, after doing some focused work on rebuilding my mineral stores. *Kelp has been a big part of that.(*whole foods iodine, and more.)
The removal is ideal--I have not had the resources to do it yet, or I would have done. So I've been doing whatever else I can to optimize my vibrational levels, in every other way. (depression, hopelessness, fear are all low-vibration.) Good fruit and vegetables and herbs are high vibration--as is Ho'oponopono. EFT clears the pathways of blockages, (and the whole being of 'bad message' debris) so also is a vibrational tool, par excellence. All these are available to us--a BIG blessing.
