I wrote safest ratio 1,5:1 up to 2:1 for sodium on Low carb for non active people - WRONG.

Should be:

Please, starts from 1:1 for non active, max. for non active probably is 3:2 for sodium no more.

Use ratio 1:1 and around 3000-4000 mg potassium, 3500-4500mg sodium daily.

I am still testing doses, but rage is 5:4 for potassium up to 3:2 for sodium on Low Carb diet for non active for SURE.

I do not know what dose is perfect, but i will find soon.
