If You are non active (cure candida for example) you could be 1:1 for sodium/potassium, but in the long run this could be dangerous specially for ex candida sufferers. 1,5-2:1 for non active and 2,5-3:1 for 20 miles runners should be safe.
We could stay ~2:1 daily after "heal" candida - not in every meal like now.
Candida people not even imagine how important sodium/potassium balance is like me 2-3 months ago.
