I am not saying anything against carbohydrates. Eat as many carbs as you want. There is a wealth of high carb foods that are not destructive to your intestines & health.
The problem is WHEAT and GRAINS that are extremely destructive to human health.
You can even enjoy cookies, muffins, pizza & bread, just not made from wheat or wheat flour. All detailed in the book by Dr. Davis, "Wheat Belly." You can also find many wheat free Paleo Recipes in the internet for bread, pancakes, etc, There is even a commercially made wheat free bread now available.
