soapy taste

The other night i took two drops of lugols. Then about 20 minutes laster, soapy taste in mouth. This is supposed to be a symptom of fluoride detox???

The weird thing is that I've never had this happen from taking Lugols ever. One time it happened from taking boron.

I'm beginning to see what Trapper means that you can have less symptoms by taking higher doses. I took 15 drops a few times with no adverse reactions at all, except I think that the next day after not taking it I may have had stomach or intestine pain. My thinking on this is it is either killing some nasty bugs or detoxing some seriously poisonous metals or something but the next day you really need to follow through. Eating protein has always stopped the pain, so maybe there is some actually damage going on in my mucosal lining that needs protein to repair.

I'm going to stay on low dose for a while as nothing bad happens and I can feel a lift in the endocrine symptoms.

Side note, after years of going on this diet and that I realized that I can eat pretty much normally. First time in god knows how long that this has been the case. Actually I was making myself sick in trying to follow some of the older diets used when I was really sick. Bread, Milk in moderation, meat, fat, fruit, vegetales, bring it all on. Yesterday I was eating a sandwich and it was almost like a surreal experience in not calculating fat or protein or gluten content. And then having my body temp at 99 afterward.

I still have inflamed colon, small intestine problems and gall bladder stasis, unaffected by diet, and not having any success with these issues or just limited success. The ONLY good thing about having these chronic issues is that I know what doesn't work since I've tried a godawful lot of things.

Another thing I noticed about the Iodine is that I can rev up my whole endocrine system with it and salt for the adrenals and get that aspect of my metabolism going strong. But as soon as that happens, I'm always stuck at the gall bladder. No contractions, no movement and I'm just stuck stuck stuck. So this is my glass ceiling. If i could break through this I would be able to really do the megadoses of Iodine and stick with it.

I'm tempted to do something like an Iodine solution enema for my colon. There must be some sort of bug in there that nothing has been able to eradicate. Everything I do with flora only works on my small intestine, nothing seems to impact my colon.
