Re: Insomnia and Low Blood Pressure, Aldosterone

Hi Cumulus,

Oh Yes, infact in 2009-2010 in the hospital 4 times in 7 months do to the sodium dropping quickly on me. I was on fludrocortisone until I started NB (Dr Larry Wilson's protocol). The fludro, I had other issues from that med,,,so I am glad the the Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt works for me, like I said others did not.
My normal blood pressure is about 112/70, when It goes lower that means I need cortisol if the heart rate is in a good range of 76-80. But when the Heart rate is high sometimes as high as 120-140 I know it is the sodium (while standing heart rate) and my bp is usually normal then(my normal)...this is what I have noticed over the past 2-3 years now.

I have tried sodium tablets before I started NB and it did not work as well as the HBJSS, plus my concerns of aluminum in the salt tabs.
I never tried electrolytes tabs.
Marie
