Insomnia and Low Blood Pressure, Aldosterone

Does low aldosterone cause insomnia? Besides getting up umpteen times at night to pee, does it cause the inability to fall asleep? I'm battling insomnia for over a year now and I noticed the severity of my insomnia increases along with the frequency of urination at night.

Is Sea Salt a good solution for my low blood pressure? I heard that taking sodium alone may cause an imbalance of other electrolytes. Anyone here experienced this?

Has anyone resolved their insomnia just by normalizing blood pressure?

This insomnia is killing me.
