Yeah I agree that sexua| excitement causes a lot of sympathetic activity. I don't think there's any doubt about that.

He asked if self-gratification causes AF which I don't think it does mainly because I'm seeing AF as a symptom of something else. I mean take a step back and really contemplate whether AF is because of overexertion. Think about the training olympic athletes go through, etc. Are you sure that there isn't another possible explanation for your condition other than over exercise and p 0 r n addiction? You agree that you are stuck in a sympathetic state and that is resulting in overactive adrenals right? How do you explain that? Why is your body still stuck? Tweet
