..you want to figure out where you are then lay out a plan of attack then observe your respones and whether you are doing better then 'readjust' your treatment..
..my daughter is 21 and the one mistake she made was that when she would start to feel better she would fall off the band wagon...because she wanted to be a 'normal' young person...
...I would also really really watch your general mood...if you start slipping towards mild depression....it gets hard to sort everything out
