Re: This constant stomach burning...

I know there is a lot of debate over the whole acidic/alkaline debate but I think with you it is pretty safe to say you are very acidic, hence the burning and erosion. First thing you need to do is get you digestive system working properly, constipation is very dangerous and will cause all disease over time. You need to feed your body with nourishing healthful foods and at the same time keep your body alkaline and keep your bowels working. I think for you it would be good to add fruit to your diet, this will both alkalize your body and help your digestion, it will also give you easily digestible health and nutrition. You should eat one type of fruit by itself and never combined with anything else and don't eat other foods within a couple hours of eating. Does fruit feed candida? Yes, but it also feeds you and the good bacteria in your gut. Eat whatever fruit feels good for you. I know you have burning but you can even try citrus fruit because that can actually alkalize your body quite well but if it adds more burning then of course you want to avoid these. Just experiment and see what you can handle. You can also make and Indian dish called kitchari, which I will give the recipe for later or just look up online. This is one of the best foods for any digestive problems and is considered a medicine for all types of stomach and digestive ailments in India. Many people can tend to have problems with psyllium husk, triphala is a much better choice in my opinion, great results and less irritating than psyllium husk. Keep your caloric intake up to keep your body strong. Never eat meat and fruit at the same meal, if you have to take any dairy products always only by itself never mixed with any other type of food. It is best to eat proteins by themselves but I know this is difficult, it you can't eat it by themsleves then best to have whole grain brown rice with your proteins.
