Re: Picture of my Lips

healing dont use anything on your lips yet! i think me and you are at a crucial point were the lips are begining to process back to normal. the cells have now had time to repair them selves and have won the biggest part of the fight. i think the next 6 weeks is the most important part of the whole process were the last layers of repair before they go back to normal. i think its so important we dont bother them at all. after 6 weeks i then think we will go through 2 or 3 weeks of what snow stated as clear baking soda flakes. this is the end process i believe were your lips are 98% back to normal and its then begins to start to produce the normal lubricant for the lips to not dry out and become flakey. this is were i think we should apply maybe once or twice a week a little bit of natural lip balm and also maybe lick our lips 2 or 3 times a week so it can begin to function normally.

Sleeping is a night mare i have trained my brain to sleep with my mouth open. Its hurts but what can you do just try and make sure the top and bottom are seperated. but dont stretch them open to much that it makes the crust not comfortable. I also think the skin dies around the crusts a little bit due to the healing process i think once we come to the end of the next month or so that will stop.
