daniel come on man! dont use tape! its not natural! ec is so hard becasue its on the lips!!! yes get a spray bottle iv tried to tell a few that its awesome! gets your lips wet and doesnt force them off pre maturally! they fall off when there ready. i use about 2cups worth of water each time i shower. also another big thing is you have to keep your mouth open 24/7 its sucks and your jaw gets painful but i think its crucial. even now stated that he keeped his mouth open a little bit while he was healing. if the lips touch it makes the skin become all soft due to the saliva and heat! what i find difficult is sleeping sometimes when i sleep my top teeth fall onto my bottom lip which causes the skin to come off and it sometimes gets stuck on my teeth so i have now trained my brain to sleep with my mouth open. also when talking train your self to use your throat and your tongue istead of your lips and your mouth. this causes your lips to stop banging on each other and makes less movenment to the lips which i believe is better as to much moving makes the crusts somewhat split or crack what eva you wanna call it! anyways just an update for you my top lip crust are not clear and as thin as a finger nail whihc im so happy about! but still its crust not normal stretchy lips! also my bottom lip isnt as great! but it has only peeled twice were as my top lip has peeled about 4 times! keep it up bro and try a few diferent thing i would not recomend wetting your lips every hour but hey its up to you! hope all is going well and just to keep you positive lees took about 6-7 months to get cured and he didnt notice any improvenments till after 4 months! and then the last 2- 3 months his flakes got thinner and thinner till nothing!
