ONLY if you wish to play that game! If you are in fear and you are NOT in immediate danger - as in someone pointing a gun at you, ...about to crash head on, ...etc., fear is IRRATIONAL!

It is well known that this type of irrational fear causes cancer.

Learn to live life instead of cowering it away in some dark corner. We live in the safest world in recorded history.
