I agree Steve. Energy medicine is powerful. I've used healing codes, Reiki and others. All seem to help.
Meditation is a great way to get control of your mind as well. Actually control is the wrong word.
With "Insight" meditation, you simply watch the mind like an outside observer. When you watch your mind it becomes more quite. It takes some time, but it helps.
Some of the Buddhist philosophies have helped me a lot as well. It not a religion. It's a way of thinking.
Stop trying to control everything and wish so hard for an outcome. Ironically, acceptance is required to allow healing to occur.
Have hope that you will get better eventually, but don't fret over slow progress.
