have you done a parasite cleanse? the liver enzymes could be damage due to the bugs trying to bug out. liver flukes can cause anemia. they turn red from all the B12 they rob from you. try a good strong Black-Walnut hull based dewormer and half way through the 30 day course then do a flush and look for flukes.

you can take too much efas. one can take too much of anything.

price is good. are you supplementing using udos?

i cant wait to hear how the jump to 100mg turns out! that should make all the difference in the world.
