Thanks for all this. I don't have as much research to go on as you two have, but intuitively I would have to agree somewhat.

And lately I in my course of study I have been doing visualization work for optimum health and more efficient expenditure of my time (thought I was too lazy, turns out it was probably hypothyroid, with maybe a smidgen of laziness, ha ha!). I think these events have put me on the fast track, and the blood loss was part of the process. Things don't always work out the way you think they will, but they always work out!

I'm glad for the opportunity to build all this brand new blood in a cleaner, more conscious state, but I also hope I don't have blood loss to ~that~ degree ever again!

And Trap, my first 100 mg Iodine day went well and without any adverse events. Will do it again today!!
