I forgot to mention that my friend, also, did one liver flush, but her liver enzymes did not come back down to normal until after the kidney cleanse.

I really don't think one liver flush could clear the issue, but anytime we do a series of liver flushes, we need to do the kidney cleanse to help the kidneys get rid of all that crap we push out of the liver.

The liver will store up poisons and toxins in order to protect us from their effects, so sometimes people suffer the effects after cleaning them out of the liver.
