Re: Anyone experience something similar?

"I really struggle with the concept that it won't cause me to retain fluid."

that tells me you will continue to struggle with fluid retention as well. this exact story is recounted in dr batmanghelij's work. a woman had terrible edema of the legs. she drank water exclusively all day, and plenty of it. she thought there was no way she could be dehydrated. she also thought that salt was causing her to retain the water so she avoided it like the plague. the edema continued to worsen. when she finally took ENOUGH salt, the swelling went away.

it would be very very hard for you to take too much salt. how could you? it would start tasting nasty. you would get really thirsty and dilute it by drinking water. if you take to much salt then your bowels will flush it out.

as long as you are not on some kind of "water pills" as my mom called them, i challenge you to eat salt like a kid with a Sugar shaker.

your body will go where your mind takes it. as long as you are afraid of salt you will continue to retain water while other parts of the body are STARVING for WATER due to lack of sodium. use only unrefined realsalt or its equivalent.

somebody please tell me im wrong! im not wrong.

as for the old injury, this revisiting of old injury sites is quite common. it is probably a sign that you are making progress. the body can now go back and do repairs it was unable to before. you can help it by increasing circulation to the area with alternating hot and cold packs.

why did you stop the iodine? one of the most frequent unsolicited comments i get back from people is that their joint problems went away.

youre working against yourself, my dear. its understandable, i know. but i also know you must overcome and do different if you want different results. the instinct to retreat to what you were doing before will result in the same condition you were in before. i hope you can see that.
