I believe 14 days of OJ is part of Book1 right?

I'm ending Day 8 today with no change :(

It's so hard to believe that this will help me when as days go on nothing is changing. It's hard to have hope.

I know this journey hasn't been long....been suffering for probably about a year but when you're in pain every day seems like forever.

I just wish my body could heal :( Sorry if I seem so down. It just seems everything I try doesn't seem to work. Tweet
