Re: severe body aches during 5 day fast

Thank you. That all makes great sense. I am reading the books on fasting from Curezones's library and I can understand now why I should not have attempted to exercise while on the fast.

I don't place any faith in mainstream doctors. I think they are dangerous drug advocates with a limited knowledge of natural common sense for the most part, but I need them to get blood tests done to make decisions about my health.
I did go off statin drugs for 18 months but my cholesterol went over 350 even on a vegetarian diet. That is why I want the genetic test to better understand how I can manage my diet to get off the drugs safely.
Familial Hypercholesterolemia is caused by mutations on the APOE gene which changes a protein and prevents low-density-lipoproteins (LDL) from binding to receptors to remove them from the blood. People who have this have abnormal elevated LDL cholesterol. Here is a better explanation: http://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/gene/APOE

As I learn more I am feeling more confident that I can continue with a intermittent Water Fast and vegan/juice diet without having to go to a clinic, at least not yet.
