Re: I am back, psoriasis update with water fasting
Hi there,
I can relate to your story.
Do healthy oils, like sesame, flax, cold pressed olive oil, avocado and soaked nuts exacerbate your psoriasis?
If not, maybe liver flushes/cleanses could benefit you. Plus you could include more oils after, that you would then assimilate better after the flushes and would help you gaining weight ...
Also, increasing the high amino acid containing veggies, like broccoli in juice/broth/soup, might benefit you.
If you decide to get in touch with a professional, as NH suggests, I read excellent feedback from True North Health. They do give phone consultations, as per my knowledge.

Also, a friend of mine had very good results for
Psoriasis and joints, by consuming 'Kombucha' - only 4$ are needed for the first drink from a health store - then you can grow your own 'Scooby' from it, which will produce Kombucha for you. DIY videos - available on Youtube.

I am not worried about your stool looks, they seem pretty normal for someone not consuming starches, meat and diary. This is experience based opinion. By the way, hygienists say, that the number of stools per day are best to correspond to the number of meals per day. If not, we should have more fiber, or do cleanses...
Let us know about the development,
