3 Years of vertigo, loss of balance, exhaustion -- help!

I'm a 39 year old woman and for the last 3 years I've had severe vertigo attacks lasting days at a time. In between the attacks I generally feel off-balance, distorted vision, and can't function normally. I'm absolutely exhausted, have at times felt general muscle weakness, at times find it takes a lot of work to make my legs walk, find it harder to concentrate and remember things (I used to be pretty sharp), and about once a month or so get very weird attacks that consist of a feeling of electric waves rushing through my brain and knocking me off balance and then have confusion and inability to make out what's around me, even though I can see, it's very distorted and I can't tell what's what.

I'm vegetarian, eat organic food, and am otherwise healthy...
I do have low blood pressure.

I've been going to doctors throughout this time trying to find out what's going on but they just say, vertigo...take a bubble bath and other unhelpful things like that.

The last doctor said I needed to see a neurologist STAT. I did and he said from the basic tests in office that something is going on, scheduled me for an MRI that came back totally normal. But he said in his office my pupils were not dialating properly. He said I was probably having non-convulsive seizures and am now I'm waiting to have an EEG. He tried to prescribe me anti-seizure medication, which I passed up on because ONE, he wasn't 100% sure, TWO, I've heard terrible things about it, and THREE, I'd rather find out WHY I'm having seizures and all of these other problems, not just medicate. He had no ideas of why I'd have seizures, that basically I was an odd case that can't be cracked. My balance testing showed I have balance issues but he said that some air in the ear test (they blow air in the ears) had no response in either ear. I don't know what that means and why it's "odd". Anyone know about this?

I'm also scheduled to see an Optoneurologist. My eyes sometimes move rapidly, like they're in uncontrolled spasms.

I went to an ENT and she said it seems like I have Meneire's Disease. Because I've also had a little hearing loss, ear pain and pressure, and the vertigo/balance stuff all fits into that.

Has anyone experienced this? Or is experiencing this? And what have you been diagnosed with? Has anything worked to stop the dizziness and visual distortions?
I'm suffering and need to find solutions now. The quality of my life is so low. I can barely function and am looking into disability because I don't know if I'll be able to function each day, I usually am limited most days, if I can do anything at all.

Thanks!
