Confusing you say...?
Lets say there are six (6) individual sachets in each box.
In the beginnings I'd use four (4) sachets for each 5 liters batch I made. Then I started using less and still got the same good yogourt: I NOW USE TWO (2) SACHETS OUT OF SIX (6) IN THE BOX for each batch (5 l)
