I have started a regimen of Magnesium, B12, B6, and Vitamin D so hopefully these will help. I have found that when I start feeling shaky, if I eat a little something sweet, the shaking stops. I think that my blood Sugar is low when that happens. *sigh* Never had that before either. Seeing as how everything I eat stays in me for about 15 minutes, well, I can see how my blood Sugar is dropping. I have also upped my exercising from 3 times a week to 6 days a week. Cardio 4 times a week and strengthening exercise classes 2 times a week. I will sweat this out of me;) I feel a lot better when I leave the gym and I usually sleep 5 hours in the evening.

I have an appointment with the doctor at the end of this month. She thinks it's an extraction, little does she know that I am on a warpath. My fiancé is going with me as well; he is furious that this is happening. I am thinking of printing out some of these conversations on here and giving them to her just so she knows I am not making this up (and thereby won't think I am crazy), and so that she is informed.

It is the uncertainty that is bothersome. When will the next attack happen? Will I wake up tomorrow feeling good or bad? Will I just cry for no reason?

I can say that I am really mad at myself for not listening to myself (I said no foreign objects placed in the body--which is funny considering I have multiple piercings)and getting this thing. I hope this isn't something I am going to pay for for the rest of my life.
