I have no worries within my household about that. My husband knows and my two girls know. The rest of my family is in NC, where i left them and cut all ties and I have no friends. Im the blacksheep in the family. My mother and my two siblings are large overweight women so I've always had this fear that no matter what I do, I'm doomed to be fat. I won't lie that even though they wont see me, I'll know myself that I was able to control my life and not let food control me.

Ok, sooooo, just a swipe around the mouth with toothbrush and water only. Mental note and will start that today.
