Question again about this coated tongue thing...

Am I not supposed to be brushing my tongue? If not, why not? Good gracious... what do we do about our breath? I've been rinsing with the Crest 3D white and scrubbing my tongue. Am I not supposed to? Do I have to leave my tongue alone?

I understand it will clear and be pink and all that on it's on but can't I help it along? LOL

I'm sure this question has been answered but I can't find it... if someone would please enlighten me.

One more question.... The thought crossed my mind today that, man, this thing I'm doing just might kill me. Could it? I have no health issues other than previous smoker, drink on occasion... I did abuse cocaine in my younger days... things like that... but no problems today to speak of but the thought just crossed my mind that I might not make it to 40 days... and not because I gave up intentionally haaha. Anyone else with this fear? Is it just a newbie fear? Fear of the unknown? Tweet
