psyllium psyllium psyllium! this is the key for me. I find it soothing for my gut not harmful. make sure you drink one glass with a tsp or tablespoon, then immediately follow with a full glass of water. This is crucial, don't go 10 minutes in between, you need to follow up with water right away. Eat organic fruit with peel. Avacado surprisingly has good fiber content. You could try Flaxmeal which also has great fiber content.
