Re: Urine challenge test safe with unknown crowns?
Cilantro and Chlorella worked very well for me. The mistake I think a lot of people make with this method is that they treat cilantro as a food instead of as a chelator. Because it's a food, people think that it's OK to just eat a bunch of it for breakfast or to use it haphazardly and that will result in chelating success. That certainly could lead to serious problems for people with heavy metal problems.
Taking 3-5 dashes of cilantro with 6-10 small pills of Chlorella together every 4 hours, including once at night, really helped me feel better after about 6 months of doing it. This should be done for 3-5 days with a break of at least a few days. It's also important to continue the chlorella for a day after you finish a round with cilantro.
Going to a sauna regularly is also important while using this method since a fair amount of mercury will end up stuck in your skin and can be sweated out.
Using this method caused more side effects than Cutler but it also resulted in the most obvious improvement I've had while chelating. Much more than when I was using Cutler. Don't get me wrong, I think Cutler works, but it seems much slower, which probably makes it a good chelation method for people who are just starting out.
The only time I had any trouble with cilantro/chlorella is when I was pushing myself too much, taking it hourly for 3 weekends in a row. I had some pretty bad side effects when I stopped. I recommend sticking with a 3-4 hour schedule.
