Probiotics have helped me a lot, especially with the gas/bloating. I think now, only once in a while it's because I ate something? delayed reaction to something, then I might bloat, or food combinations. I try to stick to proper food combinations and the right foods, and all the bloat is gone. Problem is, no matter how long and how much I've taken, they have NOT prevented the vaginal infections to keep coming back! Even the female probiotics do not prevent me from getting them back. So I still have issues.
