I wrote in length about what mental symptoms I was having in another post. Basically, I have anxiety, anhedonia, brain fog, trouble getting motivated, and I'm often irritable/on edge.
Anyway I was looking for postive stories from people who have had luck with diet changes. And if anyone has a reccomendation of a diet to go on, let me know. Currently I'm doing the South Beach diet, and am avoiding Sugar and eating low carb-ish. I'm also gluten free, and dairy free. I'm thinking of eventually moving to something that eliminates more foods. I don't have any digestives issues though.
