Yea i had a feeling u were doing lots of other things, Lol. The doctrine is bit on the slow side...no one can deny that. But then again, Decades of damage aint gonna be fixed in a few months, Unless you really REALLY no your shit and have alot of money and free time.

But my current goal is something along those lines actually....caterpillar to butterfly in roughly six months time. I dont think its to unreasonable seeing that i already have the bean and f165 set up-it did break the bank though, lol-and that i will be hopefully doing saunas everyday to speed up chelation.
