One of the major changes I have made recently was my diet. I switched from high-carb (lots of fruit) to high-fat(saturated)/protein. I need to stress that for people who might be reading this and are new to this forum that fat is saturated. If you also researched the iodine/
SSKI forum thoroughly, then you would know what I am talking about here.
So, it took me a while to slowly finish all my fruit I had and make that transition. It has been about two weeks now of high-fat/protein diet. I haven't been eating any fruit and just a bit of veggies. Some days I didn't eat any veggies.
I have noticed some improvements in my skin condition almost immediately. I had had
Acne and had been battling with it for a while. It has gradually reduced and almost disappeared now. I was still battling with my facial SD as you can read from my other posts. But these past few days I have been experimenting with pure butter and beef dripping and it is working for my SD. It has reduced significantly. Can't say it is gone, but overall it is just too soon to tell.
I will of course let people know, if I find out what is causing it or can eliminate it naturally.
I am still having some strange pains in my right shoulder blade area (the corner of the blade). I am not sure if it is muscles or joints. It is quite annoying as I can't train fully.
I am constantly running my FreX16/crystals set-up using CAFL and Newport's freqs. I am also experimenting with CHIamp software and tactile transducers for my pain.
I have been trying to notice any changes that might relate to the doctrine but never felt anything. If you want to know whether the doctrine works or not, I can't confirm that. I simply don't know yet. More research and experiments are needed for me to find out.
