Yes, I know that, but when you are in trouble and feel awful you would drink p*ss and eat sh*t, so to speak, to come round again... haha and you need someone to just tell you what to do quick...
But that is why we need to learn and educate ourselves to be able to think logically and decide for ourselves what is more sensible in any situation. The sicker you are the more difficult it becomes. That is why prevention is better than cure cos it is easier.

Have just found the book of James DeMeo on the web but it is in French which I don't speak, unfortunately.

I don't have the T2/T3 and can't comment on those, but originally I was looking into EMF protection for myself and my family. Ended up trying my newly bought orgonise zapper for using the doctrine.
At the moment I am reading through the old posts on reversed Alchemy and how we can use our zappers to do it, still a bit confused though.

Re: his wife and spirituality, one cannot see etheric energy and etheric body, which stands after our physical body and represents all liquidy in our physical body, without proper spiritual training and doing specific exercises. Some people are naturally born with these abilities to see etheric fields but only a few.
Then comes the next step of your path towards more advanced spiritual skills - seeing the astral energy and the astral body that comes after the etheric body. The astral energy establishes itself in sound and represents itself in our emotions and nervous system physically.
After the astral body goes the spiritual body which is our ego and will, and represents itself in warmth of our blood.
But you cannot see the astral, for instance, without learning how to see ether first and so on...

Re: "why we should do this and that", not many people have eager minds and want to learn because of many reasons, but that is why I like books and lectures of Rudolf Steiner and his anthroposophy, where he explained the spiritual world in depth, the structure of our being and humanity; why we are here and what we are going towards in the future.
He was a very spiritually skilled man but he learned and developed most of his abilities, which he also described. We all can do that, but it requires a lot of practice and there are many obstacles on the way, especially today in the world we are living.
However, please don't mistakenly confuse anthroposophy with theosophy because they were different schools of thought even though Steiner himself was in the theosophical society at first. Theosophy had several false claims, therefore, Steiner created his own anthroposophical society later on.
It is very fascinating to read his legacy and see how he described and then brought all religions together in the spirit of Christianity.

There is a lot more to learn than we think ;)
