Yea checking the stool for texture and consistency: it should also be dark brown or green and not pale or tanned in color or break apart easily.
If you get the feeling when doing deep diaphragmatic breathing that there is a slight cramping around your stomach area, most likely it is intrahepatic stones. The need to burp feeling is also related because with every inhalation there is a pressure change in your esophageal cavity. The pressure should pull the stomach contents down and out, stimulating peristalsis, but if your liver is full of stones there is not enough room and the pressure gets released upwards- often resulting in acid reflux.
It is all really tight and compact around the stomach and any excess pressure from liver stones impedes the entire breathing and digestive system greatly. I say just do a thorough preparation and try a flush! Only good can come from it, providing you do a good preparation.
