Ive been diagnosed with thyroid cancer...
So I noticed a ball on my neck about 3 months ago. I didn't get it's checked until about 1 1/2 months ago, after a biopsy (I know, it was a bad move) they diagnosed me with papillary thyroid cancer.
As far as I know only my thyroid and left lymph node are affected. There are so many treatments and methods out there, that I've become overwhelmed.
I've left meats, refined sugars and white bread/flour behind.
I started
juicing beets and carrots forw a couple days and felt some improvements, however I learned that sugars actually cause the cancer to grow, so I stopped immediately. Mind you during that time my neck lymph node reduced greatly in size, to a small and compressed stone like ball.
Soon after discontinuing that process, the swore came back, and I even feel my thyroid acting up more.
I forgot to mention that I've also been taking apricot seeds. Im not sure that theyved helped, but i also stopped taking them because of headaches hi was having possibly due to the seeds.
I came upon information that said supplementing with
Iodine and ATP cofactors along withi some extras like niacin and riboflavin was a potential force.
My road has been paralyzed however because I'm getting contradicting advice. I certainly dont want to mix and match protocols or foods that will make things worse.
Is there anybody out there that could direct me in the proper direction?
I saw a member on this forum by the name of wolfmother1 who overcame thyroid cancer... Does anyone know if she also had a spread to the lymph nodes?
This is quite urgent as I have scheduled surgery for April 5th.
