I am so glad to hear you didn´t do surgery. I´m very proud of your decision. I am going to try armour but haven´t arrived on the mail yet. What are you taking? I am using levothyroxine now, but going to switch to armour and see what happens. Do you have any advice?
I thought about the H. raw diet. I was vegetarian for 12 yrs, but broke the diet 4 yrs ago. However, I am familiar with veggies. When I go to the raw organic market I love the food, but I´m having a hard time preparing it and digesting it.
I live in Miami, and I think the Hippocrates Center is very close from here.
But I´m doing fine with the GT and the coffee enemas. Sometimes I have a BM in the morning without problem. I am doing 4 enemas a day, and if I don´t do it, I feel like a cramp or pain in the back, very peculiar pain, which I relate to healing and I also get little asthma, as Gerson explain: an allergic reaction. So far what the book explains i experience. The Coffee-Enema makes me feel good, and I dont feel being affected by the cafeine, bc not having thyroid I used to get inmediate shaking hands when I take coffee by mouth. I don´t get that with the CE.
What I can tell is that I don´t like the experience with the Gerson Institute: they are very cold and bussiness type of people.
