If you scroll down to the SillyLilly posts, shes someone else thats young and wants to gain weight. It's just not going to happen until candida is gone. My stools were so messy and disgusting when eating fats because all the fat just moved through. We have a serious infection that needs to be treated yesterday. Giving up on weight gain plans is just part of focusing totally on colon health. We have the rest of our lives to get back up to weight, but any bad candida day is straight down the drain. This fungus goes after testosterone and makes backwards adolescence and impotence basically...something far worse than being thin. Since going vegan I am feeling less like the weak frail person candida has made me and I'm feeling more like the 6 pack 130 pounder. Instead of the 130 pound low facial hair growth, rashed up emotional mess that is too depressed to meet people and move back out of my parents place.
