Candida Skin rash

I get a red rash on my nose and around my mouth and chin. There are a bunch of tiny, tiny red bumps and the top layer of skin is gone. I think this is related to a candida overgrowth. Anyone know if you can use diaper rash or athletes foot cream to help clear this up? I am already on natural oral antifungals and the candida diet, but its been a month and no results
