I know what you mean. I went from 150 to 130 and hate it...But I was eating fat and meat and not absorbing it along the way. Finally I got a f*&^ it attitude. I found that living off broccoli and spinach for 3 days makes yeast colonies come out in the bathroom and an elimination of rashes. If I have to do this for 3 weeks and lost weight; bring it on. There's no weight gain with candida around anyway. Now that I'm adding carbs I am confident with putting on weight. I have more energy for weightlifting and there is protein in spinach and broccoli.
