Fair enough. I agree with the adage that I heard somewhere "If it has a list of ingredients, then it isn't food" However, too many people swear by supplements for me to continuously argue against them so I will say to each their own.

emphasizes my point that supplements disturb the body but being optimists, we tend to think that it's because it's doing us good.
What I will say is that I'm fairly sure that taking supplements is less harmful to us than eating animal products and any improvement in your diet lifestyle will bring benefits.
