Day 9 completed

Hi everyone. Here I am at the end of Day 9 and I'm afraid that it's another boring report. Just kidding because I'm damn glad that I'm not seriously suffering. When necessary, we know it's for the best but if I can reach my goal without discovering a lot of left over baggage then why not?

First I'll get the vitals out of the way:
Weight: 117 lbs -1 from Day 8 (or 4 lbs over 2 days)
BP,bpm: It depends on which side I take it on. So the right arm tells me 128/76, 44 whereas the left arm says 112/67, 47 so take your pick. Most days, both arms are fairly close!
Water intake: 2 litres +/-
Tongue: still partially covered
BMs: Nothing since day 1

My wife is also suffering from the sinus congestion that I reported yesterday so I figure that is environmental instead of a detox symptom.

This turned out to be another busy day but I did get a 2 hour sleep in the am and 1 hours rest in the early evening.

I've notice a string of swollen lymph glands (IMO) running from just inside the left hip bone to the pubic area and then down and into the left thigh. The right side of the body is just smooth. When I lift anything with some weight, I feel distinct discomfort on the left side which has plagued me in the past but I had forgotten about it.

What I have been surprised by is the incredibly supportive attitude of my family and friends after the initial upsets. I think they've been worried about me for more than a year due to my thinness and, even though sceptical about the fasting idea, they accept that I have to do something to get back to a healthy size.
