How tall are you?
Jasmuheen is the only other faster who i ever heard of who does not have bms.
Jasmuheen says she sometimes has small bms.
I would presume because she has dry and water fasted 10 or more years and has nothing to eliminte except average pollution from environment.
or if nh theory is right, Water Fasting stops all catabolic action then all is just at a stasis.
