NH..., I don't have a trampoline either--and back when I tried the rebounder, I didn't like the feel of it. Sort of rigid, even though it was supposedly a very good one.
What I do like however, and it's low-tech and virtually available to all! is dry skin brushing. It's a superb way to move lymph... and all that good stuff. I got quite enough exercise otherwise, just doing the daily chores, and making food for my comapanion, on my two longish water fasts.
