For my diet, since the flare-up started, it's been mostly meat and rice. I know most people say rice is bad for yeast, but I don't have much of a choice. :(

Flare-up? This means when the yeast starts to overgrow in your body. If it gets really bad, it becomes systemic and then external symptoms start to take a hold. Addressing the external and ignoring the internal means an endless yeast problem for some people.
