i have had this problem a long time and it is progressively worse. i had it BI(before iodine) on one memorable time when i had been on an orange only diet. as i cleaned up, i required more and more lidocain at the dentist.

i cant believe that punk gave me hydrocodone. i told him to make mine paregoric. he said no way. he should have said yes way.
