In the past I have put eyedrops with antibiotics all around the tooth and in between the tooth at the gum line.
Eye drops with antibiotics and or steroids say for the eyes only. But my daughters ear canals are so small the ear doctor ALWAYS has me put "eyedrops" in her ears instead.
In addition or by itself I take a small atomizer spray bottle and shoot iodine all around the tooth and especially in between both the insides letting it soak in.
Rinse excess iodine out and the iodine left will start a numbing effect much like oral gel.
