We could debate the best B12 form... but I do agree about the Cyanocobalamin.
however, this is the best B12 that I have ever used by far... and I have used more than a few products including those marketed by Dr. Cousins, and sublingual Methylcobalamin.
Mental sharpness, energy, a bit better physical endurance...
of course depending upon your own body's metabolic capabilities and needs, YMMV.
I also eat 100% grass fed organic liver... and free range buffalo liver when I can get it - I have 8 pounds in my freezer right now harvested from the Buffalo with a prayer and frozen within the same day. And I keep 100% grass fed Argentine dessicated beef liver around; both powdered and Solgar chewable tablets.
