that sir, is the bottom line. We are all unique as are our nutritional needs.

As a simple illustration, mentioned in the video *D* needs vary by skin color, environment, which includes your *job* and lifestyle; for instance you can live in the sunniest place on the planet, however if you never see or get out in the sun your needs will differ from the individual who is out in the sun all day... etc. etc. etc.

There is NO one size fits all... none. It does not exist - at least in this artificial environment that (we) man has created.
